Area is the amount of blocks inside the thing perimeter is how many blocks are around the thing. example if there is a 4 by 4 building the are is 16 and the perimeter is 16!!
perimeter is rim so 50+50+50+50=200
and area is 50*50=2500
area is the inside and perimeter is the outside ex is 6×7 =42 is area and 6×7 is perimeter .area is LxW perimeter is all sides added
